I've spent my career between business operations and software delivery: understanding how a process actually runs, deciding what should change, and building the right-sized system — from build pipelines and reliability work for teams already in production to getting an owner-run business off paper. AI is part of that toolkit where it earns its place, always with a person approving what matters.
